1. Activate the Search Description Feature

Before you start adding meta descriptions to specific posts or pages, make sure that the Search Description feature is activated.

Log in to your Blogger account.

Navigate to Settings on the left sidebar.

2. Insert a Meta Description for the Home Page

On the right-hand side, find the Search Description box.

Save or update the post.

4. Check the Meta Description

Open the post in your web browser.

Right-click anywhere on the page and select View Page Source (Ctrl+U).

Look for in the source code.
